"I've had the privilege of working in behavior health for over 20 years now and throughout my career this work has become much more than just a job to me. It is my Passion! As a Behavior Therapist, I've dedicated my career to supporting children and families as they navigate behavioral, social and emotional challenges. Many years of experience has given me a strong understanding of behavior, but being a mother of the very community I serve has given me a deeper level of empathy, patience and understanding. I understand that every child and every family is unique. I believe that meaningful progress comes from building trust, creating meaningful connection and meeting each individual where they are. I take pride in being able to support not only the children I work with but their families, parents and caregivers, who are such an important part of their success. I've been with P.L.A.Y for 12 years and have been in the field as an instructional assistant for an additional 17 years. I can proudly say that this is a job that I LOVE. It is a job that keeps giving back and then some."
